New York-based Linder launched in 2013 to challenge the notions of traditional menswear, toggling the lines of gender cross-pollination and challenging normal qualms of masculinity. In their latest collection for Spring/Summer 2017, designers Sam Linder and Kirk Millar question how to evolve the familar—try, a simple pair of blue jeans—into its complete opposite and, in that spirit, reveling in the process of combustion. Prior to the line’s runway apperance, the duo teamed up with Polaroid revival brand The Impossible Project to lend Document an exclusive preview from the creatives’ own perspectives.
